What's Name Your Price?

Name Your Price helps you save money by making negotiation simple, fast, and pain-free. With us you name your price on products you want, and we will accept, counter, or reject your offer, often very quickly. Then you check out, and voilà, you save money.

 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive our shipping email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking "My Account" and then "My Orders"
 
Our Products are guaranteed authentic vintage products. We do not sell vintage 'inspired' jewelry, we only offer authentic pieces from the late 1800's thru the 1990's, and our stock includes well over 1,000 styles of authentic "REVIVED" vintage jewelry items. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items our stock is constantly changing.
 
We use very special methods to revive and sanitize vintage jewelry (adhering to jewelry industry standards). All our vintage pieces are put through extensive cleaning and inspection to remove all bacteria, grime and unwanted substances to reveal the beauty of the piece, while not hurting any time induced patina. This also uncovers loose stones, so you can be assured your piece will arrive in pristine condition! After this thorough cleaning, we closely examine each piece using a jeweler’s loupe and other tools to ensure it has the quality we demand before offering it to our friends.
 
We do carry new fashion jewelry. You can find these items in the Collections section of our shop. 
 
We love working with a wide range of unique personalities, and do so through Be a Rep, Affiliate and Artisan programs. We have made our commission program easy to use and flexible – they can either be ‘cashed out’ or you can use them toward the purchase of MyVintageSpirit products. In either case, you need to send an email to Commissions@MyVintageSpirit.com and notify us whether you want your commission paid to you, or want MyVintageSpirit credit. To cash out your commission we will need your PayPal ID (email) to send the payment. However, if you chose MyVintageSpirit credit you will receive an additional bonus – we will add 25% to your amount and then provide a Discount Code for you to use when placing your order!
 
All shipments within the United States are sent free of charge. International orders require payment for the shipping charge.
 
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
 
Yes, to most countries. Shipping charges will be calculated and included in the final purchase price. Customers are responsible for any Duties or Taxes required by their country.
 
Of course! We understand you might occasionally change your mind. You can send most unworn items back within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. Without order information, we will be unable to process your return.
 
You will receive an email notification from MyVintageSpirit when we process your refund. Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment.
 
You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice, although we recommend Postal Service First Class. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged return packages, and recommend you insure and track your shipment. Please address all returns to: MyVintageSpirit Returns, 199 Monroe Court, Holland, PA 18966. WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY ORIGINAL INVOICE? Please print out the order confirmation email or the order information in your MyVintageSpirit account. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.
 
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email Returns@MyVintageSpirit.com.
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
 
Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.
 
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at info@MyVintageSpirit.com.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply Discount Codes to any orders.
 
In general, Discount Codes cannot be used on Artisan Collections.
 
All Discount Codes are applied to the total amount of your order.
 
Generally MyVintageSpirit giveaways are open to all, however, we do run special Giveaways only open to new customers.
 
In general, Giveaway discounts cannot be used on Artisan Collections of any pieces with an Item Number starting with SM.  Those are consignment pieces that we are not allowed to give away.
 
All Giveaway code discounts are applied to the total amount of your order.
